Payments almost always fail, using both Google Pay and my card, rendering this app completely useless for its intended function. It hasn't had a design refresh or any quality of life updates in many years and appears to be completely stagnant. Pretty unacceptable all round for a transport app.
Easy to use with travel planner app. Good to have all fare options.
It is such a pain to plan and pay for your trip. You cannot plan your journey through this app, you have to download a separate app to do that. On top of that, we bought 3-day passes in Belfast. Apparently we didn't "activate" the ticket we bought and paid for, so it completely wiped it from the app. Thank goodness the ticket checker accepted the receipt we had. We had no idea this app was so bad or we wouldve rented a car.
Useless app. I can't buy tickets for multiple people. To buy a ticket for my child they have to have a phone and I "gift" the ticket to their device. I'm not giving my five year old a phone just so I can buy him a train ticket. That's madness.

Barley functions
It used to work well but now it doesn't allow .w to pay the ticket with Anny of the cards I previously installed
The stops abruptly. I ended up loosing a lot of tickets!
Only thing is can only buy one ticket so if travelling as a couple ..
It's saying having payment had failed, eventhough payment details are correct
